Shahverdiyev Vusal Ilgar oglu was born on October 11, 1986.

In 2008, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy with a degree in International Economic Relations.

In 2021, he successfully completed the Driving Strategic Impact program at Columbia Business School, and in 2022, he successfully completed the Adaptive Strategic Execution program at Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Shahverdiyev Vusal Ilgar oglu began his career in 2007. Before his latest appointment, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board at Azerikard LLC, and as Director of the Transformation Office and Director of the Strategy Office at the International Bank of Azerbaijan.

Gurbanov Elnur Mammad oglu was born in 1976 in Agdam.

In 1994-1998, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit, and in 1998-2000, he graduated from the same university with a master's degree.

He received an MBA from the Jack Welch Institute of Management in Washington, D.C. Since 2003, he has been an honorary member of the International Federation of Chartered Accountants (FCCA), based in the United Kingdom.

Elnur Gurbanov began his career in 1999 at KPMG Azerbaijan, and from 2002-2017, he worked in various positions in the Baku, Moscow and Minsk offices of Deloitte. From 2008-2017, he was a partner of Deloitte for the CIS.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of AFB Bank, and later was appointed its Chairman.

Shadiye Mail gizi Amanova received her bachelor's degree in "Engineering Economics and Management" from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 1997-2001, and her master's degree in "Finance and Credit" from the same university in 2001-2003. She studied for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics at ATMU in 2019-2022, published 12 scientific works in various international and local journals, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the Higher Attestation Commission in 2024.

Shadiye has participated in many local and international seminars, training courses, and symposiums in her specialty, and successfully completed the Harvard Vpal -Fintech online course in 2019.

With 19 years of experience in the financial sector, he first started at Zaminbank OJSC in 2005 and has been working in various management positions at AFB Bank OJSC since 2009. He currently continues his work as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at the bank.

Amid Ganbarov Mirzayar oglu was born on July 3, 1982 in Baku.

In 2000-2004, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in "Economic Regulation", and in 2004-2006, he graduated from the same university with a master's degree.

A. Ganbarov has worked at Bank of Baku OJSC for more than 19 years of his career.

During this time, he worked as a branch manager and, since October 2018, as the director of the Partner and Alternative Sales Department.

Rufat Manafov Intigam oglu was born on June 30, 1987, in Sumgayit city.

He received his bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Baku State University in 2009 and completed his master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2013. He began his career in the banking sector in 2010 at AccessBank OJSC and later held various managerial positions at Bank Respublika OJSC.

Since 2022, he has been working as the Head of Risk Management at PMD Group LLC.

Guliyeva Lala Vagif gizi was born in Baku in 1976.

In 1993-1997, she graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor's degree in "Finance and Credit", and in 2002-2005, she graduated from the same university with a master's degree. She received a diploma with honors in both degrees.

Lala khanum received an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom, and also received a diploma in International Financial Reporting from the United Kingdom's International Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("FCCA").

She began her career in 1995 at Azersigorta DSKSH, and then held various positions at Ata Sigorta and Ata Bank OJSC.

Since 2009, she has been working in various management positions in the Finance sector at Azsigorta and AFB Bank OJSC.

Currently, she continues her work as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank.
