According to the decision made at the meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank, Karimov Famil Galib oglu was appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board of "AFB Bank" from 18.05.2021.

Karimov Famil Galib oglu - was born in 1984. From 2001 to 2005, he received a bachelor's degree from Khazar University with honors in Finance and Accounting. In 2013-2014, he received a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the IE Business School in Spain. He has been a member of the International Association of Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom since 2013.

From 2005 to 2013, he held various positions in foreign audit firms such as Deloitte and Baker Tilly. Since 2015, he has worked as the Director of the Commercial and Operations Department at Southern Gas Corridor CJSC, and since 2016, he has worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Director of Gilan Industrial Group. Since 2018, he has been the Head of the Strategic Management Office at Gilan Holding and also a member of the Board of Directors.
