Dear Customer, To protect yourself from Scammers, please follow the following safety rules:

Do not share your card information (ie 16 digits on the card, expiration date, CVV / CVC and PIN codes) and security passwords sent by the bank with third parties.
Do not share your card information with people who call you and introduce themselves as a representative of a bank, government agency or well-known company.
When calling the bank, tell the bank employee only the first 2 digits of the 16-digit code on the card and the last 6 digits.
01 ** **** ** 23 4567

For online payments, use only sites / applications that are connected to a well-known and trusted 3D Secure program.
Always check your email address and do not open emails you receive from unknown sources. Because when you get links to suspicious links, you can be redirected to scammers' websites.
Never use suspicious websites or programs. Such websites / programs are created by fraudsters to steal your card information.
When making a payment, if you suspect that any website is fake, immediately contact the bank, inform about it and leave that website and use another page.
When using an ATM, be sure to pay attention to the inserted part of the payment card. If you find any suspicious or additional devices, stop the operation and inform the Bank.
Connect to SMS notification service. In this case, you will automatically activate the 3D Secure service. As a result, you will receive information about each transaction immediately via SMS and receive a one-time password for online payments.
3D Secure System allows you to make secure purchases on the Internet. No one but the cardholder with a 3D Secure password can make payments on the Internet.

Use the Bank's Internet / Mobile Banking service to manage, control and block your card accounts.
Download only secure and licensed software (including antivirus) to the devices on which the Internet / Mobile Banking service is written (mobile, computer, etc.) and ensure that it is updated in a timely manner.
If you are sent a one-time code to confirm or confirm any suspicious transaction via SMS notification, immediately contact the Bank and block the card.
If the card is lost or stolen, call the following numbers immediately to block the card:
1545 (AFB Bank)
+994 12 565 65 56 (AFB Bank)
194 (Azericard)
