Technical information and requirements:

• Products to be purchased Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic and Microsoft Defender Plan 1;
• Number of employees 220;
• Currently used product Exchange Server 2010 14.3.399;
• Migration should take place in the Hybrid version. Exchange will not be upgraded, SMTP connector can be replaced for relay purpose instead of exchange will be stopped after switching;
• According to the plan, it should be completed on 05.03.2022 - 30.04.2022;
• Software used by users Office 2013, 2016;
• Exchange Online Configuration and Migration Partner Support;
• Then, when the number of users increases, it is possible to provide an additional license in a very short time (by adding it to the Agreement).

Companies wishing to participate in the tender are required to have at least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of service.

the tender proposal must be valid until 28.02.2022;
