- To participate in management of Company, to elect and be elected to its governing and executive bodies'

- To obtain information on the society's activities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation, to get acquainted with its annual report and balance sheet once a year;

- To require to convene a general meeting of shareholders;

- To require to make changes in agenda of the general meeting of shareholders;

- To attend in general meeting of shareholders with a right to vote and require a copy of its protocol;

- To require to incpect Company's activities by an inspection comission and auditors;

- To get dividend from Company's net profit;

- To receive a certain part of the Company's remaining property after fulfillment of the Company's creditors' claims, accrued but unpaid dividends, as well as payment of the liquidation value of the preferred shares when Company's activity is terminated;

- To have other rights provided by Civil Code and legislation.
