• Compliance of batteries with the requirements of the UPS manufacturer;
• Battery warranty period;
• Service life specified by the country of manufacture and the manufacturer;
• Term of delivery of batteries to the bank;
• Organization of documentation as required;
• Timely and correct execution of the order;

Bids must be prepared in the Azerbaijani language. The offer must specify the terms of payment, warranty period and terms, delivery time and tax terms.
