AFB Bank continues supporting young people who want to build future career in bank sector. For this pupose special internship programs are organized by Bank for young people who have enhisuasm to learn and develop themselves. Within 1 year 77 yough people joined internship program, 49 of them have successfully completded the program and got sertificates. 15 of these young people have been provided with work at AFB Bank.

In these days, sertificates of AFB Bank have been submitted to 4 young people who have successfully completed the internship program.

Note: With the help of internship programs organized by AFB Bank young people get opportunities such as learning by working, acquiaintance with the real work environment, working in impressive team and so on. Young people who successfully complete the the internship programs are awarded with sertificates and provided with work in the frame of Bank's employee need.
